What a crock. Both pics are from the movie "Breast Men". I doubt that Emily had breast augmentation while filming a move. The "after" pics is a prosthetic that was made for the sake of the movie. However her breast are getting bigger now that she is pregnant. Nest time, check your information for correctness.

I don't think she has gotten chin implants. Look at the styling of her hair on both pictures.
I work as a hairdresser so I'm familiar with this. The picture from 2010 has a bit of hair covering her face on the left side which makes her face look longer. At the first picture she has a parting down the middle, and there's not much hair covering the face so by that her face looks rounder. It's as simple as that.
